I am a Mindset Expert and Anxiety Specialist committed to helping adults learn how to end their internal struggles with their internal world, familial or intimate relationships, friends, career, money, and spirituality. My work focuses on providing my clients with a core set of skills that are unconventional, yet powerful for creating long term resiliency and fulfillment. I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients that involves my own authenticity and humanness. I’m not better than anyone… I just happen to know some helpful approaches to life.

I’m passionate about integrating Eastern philosophy in my work, which involves tapping into my client’s personal power to decrease the impact of their unwanted thoughts and emotions, align with their authentic selves and life’s purpose, and shift their perception to transform their internal reality.
